Delivery Times & Cost

FREE UK Delivery on all orders over £50.

UK - Our average processing and delivery will take between 2 to 7 working days ( depending on product and subject to peak season). We offer a Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery service and a DPD Tracked service. We have a flat rate of £4.99 for all orders under £50, and free shipping over £50. 

My Order Questions

UK - On average our production process and delivery will take between 2 to 7 working days ( depending on product and subject to peak season).  

If you still havent received your order within this time then please contact us.

Speed is everything! As soon as you have placed your order, we get to work. Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as your order is already being sent for printing and processing (usually within 30 mins or less).

This happens because our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps us reduce overproduction, and ultimately waste.

If you have entered the wrong information such as a delivery address, or your contact information then please get in touch as soon as possible through our contact us form so we can try and change your information prior to sending your order.

Please note this has to be done very quickly after you place your order and before your order is sent to production (which can be within 30 minutes or less) Unfortunately, if the wrong information affects the delivery of your package and your order is already sent out before you contact us, then you as the customer will be responsible for the extra costs that may occur.

Contact us immediately through our contact us form. However, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order on time before the production process. (Usually within 30 minutes or less from the time you placed your order).

Double-check your order confirmation to see what you ordered. If you have not received the product you orderded please contact us.

Returns

Damages and issues If you believe you have received a misprinted, damaged or defective item we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For orders that have been damaged during delivery, please send us the following information:
* Photos of the damaged product.
* Photos of the packaging (damaged or undamaged).
* Photos of the address label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Due to our products being printed to order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items or your order arrived damaged during delivery, please retain all packaging and contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, custom products, made to order, personalised or special orders.

Refunds for Damaged Items We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 working days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
